my bridal shower!

I'm still exhilarated from the bridal shower cooking class i had this morning with my girlfriends (or was it the lovely lychee champagne? :P).
It was a cosy and fun session with all of them and mum was there too!
it's so good to see all of my dearies together and everyone of them played an important role in each stage of my life :)))))
Mervyn kickstarted the session with lovely lychee champagne and gave us brief intro to the menu of the day.
Everyone had a chance to play the chef's assistant and get their hands dirty!
and it's so true that women who are serious at work is the most beautiful!!!
and of course, when you have a bunch of girls together, it's trigger happy photo feast!!! :D
Lovely meals we prepared: L-R Stuffed spatchcock with mozarella and cheddar, baked alaska, spicy meatballs in sake consomme and smoked salmon with cucumber yoghurt *thumbs up!*

Thanks to all of you who came for my bridal shower :))) It was a truly memorable experience and I love all of you girls!!
