getting in Shape

After reading hOi's latest entry (that girl is crazy, work until so late still can have the energy to blog! In her words, "i'm sharing my life with you mah.." :P), I decided to write some short mental notes to myself.
1. Jog every Wednesday for 30-40min (to increase length of time every 2 weeks)
2. Excercise 3 times a week (Monday: Cardiomix class with Sujun; Wed: Jog; Sat: Blading with MB)
3. Eat 2 veg and 1 meat for each meal and try to abstain from food 3 hours before sleep.
4. Eat a lot of fruits
5. Refill my waterbottle 3 times everyday (equivalent to 1.2litres --> I KNOW! can be more, will slowly increase from there :P)
6. Go for Body Attack class every Tues at Planet Fitness, if possible (depends on work schedule)
7. Sleep at least 7 hours (try try try!)
8. Take Vit C supplements
9. Laugh out loud at least 3 times a week
10. Think about a happy thought when I wake up every morning

Let's see if I can lose at least 3kg after 3 months ya??? *persevere persevere persevere!!!*
