jus got home after a night of free drinks, dinner and karaoke (all sponsored by my boss) (",)v
anyway, it was to celebrate Yvonne's birthday so he asked (or rather he ordered us to keep tonight free) us to go for dinner at Hooters with the rest of the invited ppl. Yes, we went Hooters. For your information, it's this pub which is famous for waitresses scantily clad and wearing bright fluorescent shorts that can hardly cover their butt. But that's not the point, the girls there weren't even pretty or sexy to say the least (not as if i'm saying i look damn hot or wat lar). But it's like if you wan to bring out the image of Hooters, at least the girls mus be somewhat pretty or sexy lor...
And the food sucked like shit! urgh, the hairy crabs were abit weird, mebbe i duno how to appreciate it lar. the finger food were not hot enough, makes me wonder they've cooked it long ago before they served it to us. But can't expect much lar, their attractions is butt-cheeked exposed waitresses and their booze. Food there is just secondary. So u guys, if u wan to see not-so-good-looking-but-scantily-clad girls, u can go ahead and go there.
we later adjourned to this hi-class chinese ktv club upstairs of Hooters called Este Club. Heard from Yvonne that this club is frequented by the hei she hui (gang/mafia) people. We got a shock coz i din realise that Singapore still has mafias around. anyway, the bouncer already look like one lar.. hah :P but their toilet is quite cool! if u wan to wash hands, u haf to step on a pump on the floor and water will 'flow' out from the mirrors!! cools~ The rest of the night was singing and more singing. as the crowd were of middle age (actually some were old uncles and aunties), i can't sing those new pop songs like 5566, Liang Jingru or Stefanie Sun. Luckily i still noe some chi and eng songs from 80s and 90s. Initially din wan to sing but since only Patricia (aka BS) was only the one singing (and her singing was ________ u can fill up the blank urself :P), so i had to 'save the rest' by taking over the mic one awhile to sing. :P But it was quite fun lar, considered i dun haf to fork out any money and i get to sing also. But the songs of course weren't as 'new' as KBox lar (becoz it's meant for mafia boss remember? they like Jiu Gan Na Tang Buay Boh or sth similar. but btw, Patricia wanted to choose that song, but they don't haf it. Heng ah ;)
ok finally left at 2am and take a cab home. Luckily ths cab fare also subsidised by boss. (He insisted we stay late buti told him that we can't stay late becoz we hafta work at 9am. So he let us come in 1030am lor. Clever sia ;)
ok gotta head for the bed!! another few more hours and i hafta pick myself up for work. and meeting Jiesi and the other girls for dinner!! ;)
