went for product training today for my SITEX promoter job this thurs. Found out that I'm in charge of selling mp3 players, and there were other 5 promoters and 2 perm staff selling as well. and toking abt reaching min quota of 20 units (256mb selling at $200+), how am i goin to achieve that??? gosh, i'll be happy if i can sell one each day. urgh.
and worse, their uniform sucks, i tot it was gonna be a polo tee, end up it's a stiff and starchy long sleeve shirt with the logo and 2 breast pockets. tell me, how taudy can it get??? and the ironic thing was, the in charge was telling us that the image we're goin to portray is 'cool', imagine us trying to be cool in that disgusting shirt w black skirt (no denim fabric some more!). i wonder if anyone would walked to our booth. they'll prob be put off by our uniform frm afar!
after the training, met up with Geok to go shopping, tog with Serene. we walked ard the usual shops and watched Geok trying her shoes, pants and stuff. haha that ger can't decided wat should she buy coz they're all so nice! heh :P but she's so farni, whiny as usual, felt great to be out w her and Serene. like those kind of Sweet Valley High sorority sisters, minus that x-factor, popularity and oopmh! ok maybe u guys have those but def not me. ;)
settled down at Coffee Club Xpress at Wisma at 4pm coz we're both tired frm the walking (and i was lugging a bag of the stupid uniform!). Ordered a Single Latte and a Strawberry Shortcake. aahhh, haven't indulge in one for ages. :P the cake was deliiiicious *smack lips*, with chunky sour strawberries and sweet cream. yummy! :P
after that Geok left for church seminar and me and Serene carried on walking and talking excitedly abt our plans for this hols. We're gonna bake cookies to sell for Xmas!! hee :P well it all started with my future plans of opening a cafe and she was v interested too! yeah a potential shareholder in my cafe! and den we went on abt making cookies to sell during Xmas. we even came out w a name for our cookies! hee :P this is so exciting.
It's so great that i'm not gonna working full time this hols, coz i can finally do things that i like such as these! And i'm gonna be so free man, pls feel free to date me during weekdays (weekends are reserved for my milkboy ;P) currently, my schedule has been reserved for suntanning with Serene and Geok and baking cookies. But other than that i'm still q free. erm, prob minus the driving lessons, gym sessions, i AM still free. hah :)
hah wat a wonderful day! meeting Serene to buy ingredients to make our cookies tom, hopefully it'll turn out good and tasty else i think we can forget abt our cookies business! :P
