woohoo!!~~~ it finally rained!!!!!!

haha after all the super hot days and smoky haze, it finally rained this morn.... now it's so cooling!!! Praise the LORD!!!! :)

my one week break is coming to an end.... time passes by so quickly man!!! have been running to sch everyday cept tue (but i went driving anyway) and din really do much work oso, except completing tutorials and doin projs.... put it nicely, i DID accomplish sth but jus that i feel it wasn't enough.

Finally finished watching the taiwanese drama, 战神, which i borrowed from Jie Si. Starring Zai Zai (Vic Zhou from ex F4) and Xu Xi Yuan (大 S). Everybody who watches chi drama, you MUST go buy this drama serial coz it's really damn nice!!!!!!! the characters are all very well developed and this is the first time since Meteor Garden (the first one) that i actually like and appreciate taiwanese dramas!!! ;) both Zai Zai and Da S really can act lor... piangz, din noe they're such good actors.. think they're one of the zai3 ppl in the industry now, the rest are jus those bubble pop idols who sing-cum-act-cum-host-cum-model and what nots.... y can't they jus focus on 1 thing like Da S lidat??? and their voice is really good too!! the duet in the drama 让我爱你 is really nice~~~!!! *swoons* hee anyone got this song pls send me!! :P

ok 'nuff abt my drama serial craze....

I'm still waiting for my PA results... heard from my grp mate she has a phone call from JP Morgan and is goin for interview coming Mon... but i dun think she applied the same program as me so i think it's still pending ba... but why are they so S.L.O.W???????? urgh,kept me waiting for the entire mid-term break but no news at all!!!! AMEX oso lidat... the results for all their other prog codes already out but just left the Acctg prog not out yet.... so sian~~~

ok i'm left with my Co Law assignment... better get down to it coz i still haf driving and gathering at my fren's house this evening... Tom is revision day!!! coz next Wed have quiz.....urgh... =/

i jus heard the sirens of fire engines again....

the weather is really very very very hot.... u can always hear news abt wher got small bush fires coz it's really scorching heat now... think av temp is around 33 - 35 deg Celsius... i'm always hiding in my air con room now, coz the heat is really unbearable..

the air is smoky oso coz of the bush fires and everywher is so hazy... sighz, when will it rain?? i long for a huge downpour. think mebbe i wud go out and dance in the rain when it really does rain.. hee :P

hols had started and it's alr Tues. gosh, i'm still left w so many stuff to do plus never ending proj meetings... nid to go school everyday to meet up for diff projs... sianzz, i haven even got down to study for my quiz! :(

still no news from my internship. sent email to OPA and the person in charge oso anxious for us coz she received some emails from students asking abt the some companies that they haf applied oso. Aargh, y can't they jus bemore efficient? but true lar, we're at their mercy lidat, the sch is begging these companies to take us in. they prob feel so reluctant coz to them interns r jus a hindrance and extra costs. urgh.

weather so hot, kept feeling sleepy and lethargic! but i'm spp to!! coz i still nid to study and do hw!! sianzzz.....

it's the hols but i'm really bugged by alot of work to do!!!!

been slacking over the weekends but i still managed to finish 2 of my tuts.... but there are so much more left!!! urgh..

and worse, i still duno if I'm selected for any interviews. I really hope they can tell me earlier so that at least my interview is within this week and not when the school has started. Coz when the school starts liao, i'll be damn busy everyday le.... :(

for now, my mid term break is still q free coz most of them haf their interviews so it's v diff to meet up for projs oso... nvm, shall do my work and revise for quiz during this time. it may be a blessing in disguise!! ok, i'm jus phycho-ing myself.... :(

accompanied Mum to CHangi Hospital for check up on her foot... been aching for so long..

doc says she nids to rest alot but it's very diff coz her work requires her to stand for very long hours.... but oso because Mum refuses to heed the doc's advice on wearing her foot guard and take medicine regularly. Last time she went, she din even touch the pills and the guard has already gathered some dust and cobwebs in a corner of her bedroom... She jus dun wan to listen to us, if she really wans to get well she has to do all these lo....

such a freakin hot day man.... hasn't been raining for almost one month already!!! and worse, newspaper says it'll only start to rain at the end of this month!! that's like another 2 weeks of heat and more heat! guess i better stay indoors for now.... :(

saw the ad for Sony Ericsson's s700i phone.. the one which is rather bulky but can rotate outwards for the keypad one.. functions not bad and can take v clear photos.. thinking of getting this coz now they're having promotion for their new limited edition s700i. Comes with a leather case and a free (which i think it's alr calculated in the hp price liao) 128MB memory card. Gonna check out the price soon and ask my parents to get me for my birthday! :P

and and JetStar Asia is having promo to Taipei again! 1 way tix is only at $68++ ... calculated liao, to and fro nids $230 for air tix! still q cheap lo, consider i only spend $200 odd on air tickets... but still thinking if i should go coz i haf attachment and there's only a few days between my last paper and start of attachment.... hmm.. mebbe i shud save up that money for my dive trip in Jul. :P

gonna go take a nap... duno y these past few days kep feeling so sleepy, always like not enough sleep lidat...*yawnzz*

why hasn't the results of my PA out yet?? tom's Friday already and most of my friends alr noe if they've been selected for interview during next week's hols.... but no news from my 2 companies yet!!!! beginning to feel unease.... all these anticipation may become nought in the end.... I really hope i get at least one interview.....sianzzz :(

good mOOOOOOOrrrrrrNnnnnninngGG!! :D

slept so well the whole night, think i even had a weird but interesting dream! :P

ystd was rather boring, considering one of my aunt came like so early, and i wasn't even bathed and changed to proper clothes. and after i done everything, it wasn't until like almost 2 hrs later then the rest of my aunts n uncles came to our house. Fell asleep on the living room couch with all the noise from the tv.

duno y i was so sleepy, mus be becoz i only slept at 2am the previous nite. :P anyways, it was nice seeing all my relatives n most of my cousins brought their other half here oso....time really flies man, to think we're still jus a bunch of kids playing n fooling around and now, all haf their girlfriends and one of them is gonna get married soon! :)

One of ppl i was really surprised to see was my cousin Shu Yan. He din visit our house for almost 3 yrs coz his parents got divorced and so there were like some sort of unhappiness and awkwardness, as such he didn't came for the past CNY gatherings. But he came this time round, and he changed to a very much diff person which I could vaguely remembered a couple of years back. He's more outspoken now, and he takes initiative to talk to all the other cousins, much much more sociable den before. That's wat nice thing that came out of ystd's gathering.

and yah i agree w hOi, i hate to be treaten as a transparent pane of glass... my stupid brother jus happily introduces all his pals to my parents and conveniently forgot that he actually has a sister. What's more, i was actually standing beside my dad and he jus said "This is my father." and brought his friends into his room. urgh. how bad can it get man? i told mum later and she went to tell kor off, den he jus "come lar, i intro them to you lorrrr.." so reluctant can, dun gif a damn abt him.

anyway, it was a boring nite as usual, and my aunts were 'complaining' why i din ask Ugin to come to our house coz they were hoping to see him, see whether i choose correctly anot...kekeke :P but well, haha i managed to put on my defences well and i din even let them manage to see his photo! hahahah ;D anyway, Ugin can't run away from it liao, he has to meet my other relatives during next yr's CNY!! :P

ok gotta go bathe liao, Ben n Edwin coming over pretty soon to bai nian. So pathetic man, i sent out email to so many peeps long before CNY and none of them responded to my email. So end up nobody wans to come visiting cept the both of them. You guys are great man! haha :P

had a great day of activities and celebrations today!! :D

first I went out to City Hall Starbucks to meet up with Ben and 2 other gals to discuss about our biz comm presentation next thurs. Both of us arrived on time but the other 2 was almost late by 40min. Worse thing was they didn't even prepare anything for the discussion! And they still dare to say that they have already discussed it on the train. IMPROMPTU!! and behaved as if they're so proud of themselves lidat. kaaarrkkk PUI!! totally dislike this kind of people, it's not as if we told them to meet up last min wat, it was like almost 1 week before that we told them we're suppose to meet on tue. And hello, we still hafta go back to celebrate our CNY u noe? (the 2 gals are non-chinese) but wat the heck, i got up like 7+am today and prepared my own analysis and all the stuff for the meeting later on lo, and they din do anything. End up they're taking all our answers! urgh.

so we ended our discussion early coz they din prepare anything and jus kept agreeing with wateva we hafta say... spp to meet up with Jie Si but Ben also wanted to get CNY clothes (guys! always so LAST min!) so he joined us to go Far East to look for top for Winne's birthday pressie. Not too bad tho, we found a v unique singlet that's rainbow-ed color and has feather on the left for Winne and Ben oso bought a Billabong t-shirt at 77th with the expert help of me and Jie Si. haha :P but it was really fun becoz surprisingly we behaved we're jus old pals shopping.. heh. Winne joined us after that for Sakae Sushi at Wheelock and goodness, Ben was totally astonished at her!! haha :P we really had a great time joking around, making corny remarks and this n that.... really enjoyed myself too! :)

we adjourned to Taka to shop for V-day presents and after that walked to PS to check out Spotlight but it was closed already.... yah imagined we went there at almost 5pm, of course everybody is alr packing to go home for reunion dinner liao lo...:P

So i reached home at 6pm, very late as i was supposed to help out at home but hee, naughty me was out :P anyway, after that Ugin came over to join us for steamboat :) luckily he came er, else dun think we could finish all the food coz mummy was kiasu again!! =X

Wanted to watch The Aviator which he downloaded but think sth wrong w the burning process, we can't hear wat Leo Dicap was saying so we can't watch it. Intended to book tix to catch Constantine but it was sold out in almost every cinema available (cept Yangtze which I dun think they wud haf this kind of high quality show ;) so too bad, we decided to go to Chinatown as planned.

He drove to Sengkang mrt and we took NEL dere to avoid the mad rush. It was crowded as usual, hot and sweaty and loads of ppl pushing and pulling...hee :P but it was really fun coz think this is the first time I came to CHinatown on Chu Xi with Ugin.. ;) had actually enjoyed getting pushed and pushing ppl!! =X Grabbed a few bags of candies and 2 pomelo plus 600g of Bee Cheng Hiang ba gua!! we reached the entrance of CHinatown mrt stn at 1157pm and Ugin had wanted to go liao but i was saying we shud wait 12nn see got anything den we go lo. And to my surprise, the firecrackers went off in a blast!! i totally forgot that they were having firecrackers again! so it was a pleasant surprise! ;D

it was really great day meeting up with good pals and spending time w loved ones... Here's wishing everyone a very Happy New Year and May God continue to bless us in this New Year!! :) Gong Xi Fa Cai!!!!!

was suppose to haf a free day today, but had to go to sch to meet up with my proj mates to do an assignment that our irritating tutor wans by Sat morn.. urgh. super disgusted but luckily we all prepared our stuff so it was jus compilation and we finished in less den 2 hrs.

but had to go to Ayer Rajah Crescent there to do a site visit with the company that we're doing. That company looks defunct and seems like it's struggling for survival lidat....really duno wat we can learn from them man..

wonder why i'm so tired today... prob i din get to sleep enough. I hate the feeling of woken up by alarm clock u noe, coz it means my body actually wans to sleep some more but I can't. shit.

and i haf tonnes of work to do. so what if it's CNY next week? i have dozen n one things waiting for me after CNY so if i dun do 'em now I'm totally NOT gonna enjoy the CNY hols. i'm acutally not in the mood for anything now.

well but good thing is, it'll be mid-term break for us in 2 weeks time!!! that's something i'm longing for, tho i noe prob i won't be able to rest at all coz there are assignments due, quiz to study and never ending projects. but at least i dun haf to go to school so darn early and prob haf more time. After the mid-term break, it means everything will be in full swing. How time flies by man.... it was as if sch has jus started and now I'm goin to have exams soon!!!! *gasps*

been toggling with the idea of having my 21st birthday party held on Mar 25th which happens to be a Good Friday as well. Tho it's 3 more weeks to exams, but since it's a pub hol and it'll be a long weekend as well, i suppose ppl wud turn up for my party ba. *ponders* trying to get the ppl at Cathay to get back to me coz I was intending of rental their preview lounge on the 6th floor as the venue for my party, at least it's more central than my house. :P but i think it's not gonna be cheap consider the prime location, so ultimately may hafta haf food catering at my house instead. dun wan my parents to spend too much money on the party coz I wan them to get me my U2 Black iPod!!!! hee :P i decided to ask Kor to chip in, consider he has earned quite a hefty sum for himself thru his part-time job. THis cunning old fox, trying to hide all his finances from us so we won't ask him to buy us this or treat us that. hah. luckily sitll has his colleagues to spill his beans. =P

anyway, i'm so tired since yesterday, gonna slp now and get recharged coz tom it's battle time!!!

been such a hectic week....:( super busy and loaded with stuff plus all the late make-up lectures due to CNY hols next week....sianzzz :( rarely had time to sit down n rest, let alone sleeping... now sleeping more than 7 hrs a day is a luxury to me liao.... *sobz*

gonna haf assignments and presentation due after the CNY hols... looks like my CNY break is gonna be burnt anyway... and V-day is like a few days later, i've yet to buy Ugin anything... dun even haf an idea wat to get him oso leh, he said he wanted sandals but after that he said his Vice-Dean stepped down already, the dress code won't be so formal liao so dun nid....sianz, now i duno wat else to get him le.. mebbe i get him a shirt or sth...

trying hard not to think about the pending assignments coz i seriously haf so many things on hand now that are like due for tom's seminars and tuts lo... they always upload the tutorials like so last min and expect us to do ONLY their homework for that subject lidat... i mean c'mon lar, we haf like 5 core subj lo and everyone of them is important leh, can die if u wan me to do things like so last min lo, i dun even to sleep liao lar!!! urgh.

gonna go for proj meeting in sch liao....think from now on, my wed wud be like this le...so sian leh, was still happy that my lectures in the morn were onli for the first 3 wks den after that i can haf almost the whole of the Wed morn n afternoon to do my work for thurs seminar den go for co law lecture at 430 but now seems like cannot le..... boohoo...

i shudn't complain too much coz CNY is coming.... but really i dun feel the atmosphere coz i'm really loaded with a lot of work and i dun haf ne time think abt it...luckily i bought my clothes during Dec holidays' sale else i dun think i wud haf time to do shopping now!

mummy said she prob has to work on chu 2 for company function coz her co got officers celebrating CNY also.... i really hope she won't be arrow-ed to work lo coz i noe Daddy would be very upset and like lose face in front of relatives when they ask one..... i prayed to God that everything would be fine and harmonious for the coming new year. I hope he heard my prayers.....
